We are seeking an individual who is highly experienced in payroll processing to work in a highly challenging and rewarding environment.
PAYROLL SPECIALIST
This position of Payroll Specialist is responsible for the HR Administration Processes, reporting, payroll, tax and social security. This position will complement the payroll team which works within a constantly changing environment as it deals with constantly changing variables and international legislation.
Interested candidates must have the ability to:
• To be results driven and to feel comfortable in an environment that is extremely fast paced;
• Continuously exceed customer expectations;
• Value people and work within a multi cultural team;
• Be entrepreneurial and innovative and looking for continuous improvement and solutions that are Win Win for all parties;

• Be extremely detail oriented,
Do you have
• A degree in Human Resources or Management;
• Knowledge and experience of at least 2 years in a similar role is required;
• Computer literacy (proficiency in Excel is critical);
• Knowledge and experience operating Meta4 or PeopleNet is a definite advantage;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
