Project Managers

This role requires management, negotiation, and facilitation skills to plan and track the diverse activities of the project.

Educational Qualification: Honours degree related either with Information Systems, Information Technology or Systems Engineering.

Experience Range: 5-8 years of work experience in Project Management

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Project Management through the entire project lifecycle. From CRP to implementation and handover;
• Should have managed senior program and client stakeholders from a Project management perspective;
• Previous experience in the Retail Industry, preference in business transformation programs;
• People development – Ability to develop others through coaching and assessment of skills gaps;
• Negotiation ability – Adaptability, Self-confidence;
• Influencing – Strength of leadership to drive decision making;
• Leading teams – good motivator, good team builder, and team worker people;
• Good experience on software application development life cycle;
• Good communication skills;
• Advanced IT skills and a Master on Business Administration are an added advantage
• PMP Certification
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Availability to travel worldwide and motivation to work in multicultural teams are mandatory requirements;
