Descrição da Função

  • Technical Support: Responsible to take incoming telephone enquiries or through emails, on problems or complaints from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the objective resolving the customer’s issue as quickly as possible;
  • Identify customer needs and identify resolutions that meet those needs;
  • Clearly guide the customer in troubleshooting their problem;
  • Guide customers through the Product Interface.

Perfil do Candidato

  • High Working Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (windows 7 included);
  • Understanding of personal computer architecture;
  • Working experience in the related field is preferred for this position;
  • Speaks Brazilian Portuguese with high level of proficiency equivalent to native language;
  • Good working knowledge of English language;
  • Achievement oriented, easy to adapt to challenges, able to multitask while possessing a high sense of responsibility and urgency;
  • One or more of the following certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) 70-236 Exchange / MCTS: 70-640 Active Directory / MCTS: 70-642 Network Infrastructure / BCP-221 BlackBerry Certified Support Specialist certification / MCDST.
