We are currently looking for several Radio Engineers for one of major Telecoms clients in portugal.

We are looking for engineers with the the following skills for a long term project in in Lisbon.

Education: Degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications

More than 2 – 3 years experience in:

• Planning GERAN and UTRAN radio
• Drive testing optimization and planning.
• Preparation and analysis of proposals for optimization of parameters in order to meet KPIs and improve customer perception
• Prepare reports on the impact of introduction of new frequency plans and actions to optimize
• Identify constraints in the network and create procedures for the development of technical solutions
• Create and update of systematic procedures and indicators sizing nodes B and BTS
• Create procedures to correct inconsistencies in the network parameter

Complementary knowledge:

• TEMS
• Advanced MS Access
• Advanced MS Excel
• MapInfo
• Protocol Analyzer (preferred)
